Everybody hurts...

And we can't stand it!

We have become a population riddled with back and neck pain, and desk workers are leading the charge. When it comes to people with spine related pain, desk workers outnumber non-desk workers 4 to 1.

We plan to fix that, and make you feel healthy and look great while we're at it.

Additionally, Do It At Your Desk Wellness is dedicated to helping individuals and companies reduce healthcare costs by fostering a healthy work environment.
